Fish was fresh as always. However we ordered smaller quantity this time and the packaging was not in a styrofoam box. Was near home and hence could immediately pickup. Else the fish would have gone bad in the hot weather.

I am not sure if Basa was weighted with all that ice? I ordered for my home so the way they were packed it made it very difficult to store them. I have to defrost so I can break the ice and pack them again to store them. It was not a fun process.

The pomfret fish was really good. Very fresh (not frozen) and tastes great. It’s a bit expensive though - if they can lower the price a bit, that will be awesome. The communication was very professional and the delivery was on time, as they promised. Overall, it’s a good experience!
